We have a limited time special on a 5 year fixed at 3.79%. Please keep in mind there is a 30 days closing window and this is a "no-frills" mortgage with limited options. Alternatively, I'm heavily promoting a 3.89% 5 year fixed rate with full pre-payment and other features included, which I believe is the better product. We have 3 year variable rates at P-.25% (2.0%), 5 year variable at P-.20% (2.05%), and 3 year from 3.25%. Now is truly the time to take advantage of low mortgage rates, and we're telling most clients to lock in and go fixed!
